“It’s just a very personal service. Tandem got to know us really well; inside out, all the staff, all the different processes we have. Nothing is too tricky for them. Working with Tandem has taken a lot off me. Just having an advice line really for many things, with employees, or with any tax things; anything to do with payroll or tax legislation they have been great. We use them more for the bookkeeping side and they liaise with our accountants very well and have a good relationship with our accountant too.”
“I like their personal touch. I can phone at irregular times and he’s always there to answer which is good for a small business like me. It’s given me more time to carry on with my work and not have to worry about any bookkeeping. I’m only a small business and I work hard, so having to come back and do my bookkeeping is not great, so it is right for me. I just think they are more hands on and they have got more of a personal touch than others.”
